Mr. Rogers's words of wisdom to adults are delivered in the same slow, folksy manner of Rogers's TV persona. His delivery is agonizingly slow, and many may find it pedantic and condescending, but for certain audiences this program may strike a chord. The content is fine, reflecting solid values, and is nicely organized by topics such as parenting, discipline, etc. Much as he makes children feel safe and comfortable, his audio program may appeal to parents who may not be more than children themselves.
