Since the Arcosian invasion a thousand years ago, Arcosian descendents have lived in Sarcordia, planning to eventually prevail. If not many are true believers, those few constantly disturb King Zachary by allying with his rebellious subjects. Now Sarcordia faces an unknown enemy. Could the Arcosian sorcerers spirit preventively dispatched to the future be returning, or Sarcordia be approaching the spirits time? Britain provides plenty of action, as protagonist Karigan of the Green Riders jaunts hither and yon, and a good command of character even while her style is rather busy.
