      The best thing MIAMI HERALD columnist Dave Barry ever did was perform his own work, as he has for his past several audiobooks. With all due respect to comedian Arte Johnson, who performed the earlier works, Dave does it better. When Johnson reads, you don't see Barry, you see the former "Laugh-In" star. Now it's Barry all the way, and he's a funny guy. His voice alone will make you smile. He's like a favorite uncle. Whether he's talking about "24," his life as a "C-list" celebrity, his colonoscopy, or the surprisingly sentimental story of his son's wedding, Barry sounds like he's lived the tales. Which he has.
